Déjà Vu was born with one sibling.  A sister, which we also adopted.  Déjà's sister, Demitasse, is featured on another page.  

Can you tell which one is Déjà?

The mysterious aspect about Phantom puppies is that you never know the level of illusion that their coat will take. 

Déjà Vu started off with a dark black coat and brown features.

At ten weeks her face had turned silver with white highlights.  Her brown markings were turning apricot.

This is a candid shot of Déjà at 12 weeks.  As I am positioning her on the prop, you can realize her actual size.  She weighed 1 lb. 10 oz. and was 5 1/2 inches tall.

Alas !!!

I got her photograph without any antics.  She loves to play; however, she also loves the attention she gets (especially in front of the camera).

Déjà loves the camera.  She enjoys being the star attraction.

This is Déjà at 22 wks. old.

Using Déjà as an example, you can see how much the coat will grow between groomings. 

Grooming procedures are addressed on the PUPPY CARE PAGE of the web site.  This is just 10 weeks of growth.  Any longer and the hair can become tangled and matted (something you want to avoid).

One hour later - here she is all groomed (washed, blow dried, brushed, cut and shaved). 

Notice her coat is no longer black, and the brown has taken on an apricot glow.  

Déjà is definitely one of the most beautiful Phantom Poodles that I have ever seen.
